CNC Services

Running 6 CNC routers we have considerable capacity for cutting sheet material.

CNC machines have to work hard in unpleasant conditions. All machine maintenance is done ‘in house’.

This rewards us with very little downtime as we hold spares that are shared between the machines and can carry out most repairs immediately.

We have calibration facilities and carry out regular preventative maintenance.

After all, they are the lifeblood of our business…

CNCs 1, 2, 3 and 4

Running four 3050 by 2050 flat bed cnc routers with modern control software on windows 11 and upgraded drive systems throughout. These all run sacrificial vacuum beds.

CNC 2 runs an automatic tool changer.

CNC 1 is due to be fitted with an automatic tool changer during last quarter 2025.

CNC 4 has been adapted to run a kinematic knife system for soft materials such as foam.

CNC 5

We also run a 4800 by 1200 flat bed for double 8ft by 4 ft sheet machining and staircase strings.

this machine has an automatic tool changer and sacrificial vacuum bed.

CNC 6

Finally machine 6 is our development machine which is currently running a rotary axis and is used for testing of new software integration and hardware modifications. Most recently it assisted our development of fusion paths to allow siginificantly improved 3d machining finishes.

CNC Experience

CNC machining is the core of our business, with all our fabricators running these machines on an everyday basis, we have considerable flexibility when it comes to accomodating volume cutting or complex machining challenges.
